Find your best self and thrive in mind, body, and spirit!

This program allows the time to make lasting lifestyle changes you need to be on the path to optimal health.

Meet once a week for 6 months (24 weeks) in person or virtually.

Includes:

  • Initial assessment and re-assessments

  • Individualized transformation plan

  • Goals setting and tracking

  • Weekly coaching visits

  • Monday morning check ins

  • Unlimited text and email support

  • Individualized results-driven fitness plan to include strength training​ and/or yoga.​

  • Nutritional guidance includes pantry reboot, grocery store tour, and meal planning assistance.​

  • Stress reduction techniques to improve the relationship between mind and body to improve health. 

Cost is $3,500. 

Empowering clients and providing them with ongoing support and guidance to make sustainable changes to live a more balanced life.  

 

Sessions will include: setting personal goals, replacing unhealthy lifelong patterns and habits with sustainable lifestyle changes, and creating a personalized roadmap of how to meet your best self.

Clients will gain a deeper understanding of their body’s unique needs, be able to integrate new approaches to enhance wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
