Replace unhealthy lifelong habits with sustainable lifestyle changes you need to be on  path to optimal health.

Meet once a week for 6 months (24 weeks) in person or virtually.

Includes:

  • Initial assessment to establish a baseline

  • Re-assessments every 4 weeks to monitor progress

  • Individualized transformation plan

  • Setting and tracking long and short-term goals

  • Weekly coaching visits

  • Monday morning check-ins

  • Unlimited text and email support

  • Individualized results-driven fitness plan to include strength training​ and/or yoga.​

  • Individualized Fitness plan

  • Nutritional guidance includes pantry reboot, grocery store tours, and meal planning guidance.​

  • Stress reduction techniques
