This is a gentle and low-intensity class that addresses the foundations of yoga with a focus on breath posture, alignment, flexibility, balance, and strength. This class is great for new yogis, seniors, or anyone who wants to learn about the fundamentals of yoga.
Flourish Flow Yoga
This is a mixed-level vinyasa flow that coordinates breath with movement while addressing flexibility, strength, and endurance. This class is a mixed level class which means it is suitable for active beginners to advanced practitioners. This class has a steady pace and is cardiovascular in nature... so be prepared to sweat... Teachers will provide options to increase and decrease the intensity of the poses according to each student.
This class is geared for those who have a stable injury or medical condition. This class helps improve flexibility, balance, strength, & mobility through standing & seated yoga poses specially adapted for the different levels of health and abilities by modifying poses using props. This class is taught by Kirsty Purifoy, OTR a licensed occupational therapist and yoga therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in geriatric, orthopedic & neurological rehabilitation.

Your core muscles are important for stabilizing your entire body! This results-driven class will work to build and strengthen the muscles of your core and burn fat in short bursts of HIIT-style cardio along the way. * Be prepared to sweat. Bring athletic shoes, a towel, and water.
Guided Mindfulness is a class for those wanting to learn how to relax and focus the mind at the same time. The class will include breath work and a guided mindfulness exercise with the opportunity for discussion after.
Personal Training Session
Personal training session is designed to create an individualized pathway to achieve wellness goals. Initial and periodic assessments help design an effective program to address flexibility, core, balance, strength, and cardio respiratory endurance as well as will reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and overall health for each client.
Health & Wellness Coaching
One-hour private coaching sessions to support and guide clients in setting health and wellness goals and allowing for sustainable and positive lifestyle changes, including losing weight, improving energy, or managing stress.
