Research has shown that corporate yoga, yoga classes brought in to the work place, lowers stress, prevents injury, increases productivity, enhances creativity, improves morale, and decreases the frequency of sick or personal days. Corporate classes consist of of asana (physical practice) and pranayama (breathing techniques) into one's work day which can be transformational. Classes can be modified according to each company's needs.
