We Love New Yogis!


Yoga is designed for any body type and all levels of yoga practitioners.... You do not have to be flexible to do yoga.  

Vinyasa Yoga classes are rigorous but a highly transformative practice that is designed to be dynamic and demanding.


If you feel challenged, that is okay… Just try to make the same shape of the pose the best you can with your feet, arms and body.

Props (blocks and belts) can be helpful but aren’t necessary…  All you need is enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

With a consistent practice you will notice that poses require less effort and that you have increased tone, flexibility and an ability to focus as well as an overall improved state of mind.
